I earned my degree in photography at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and have spent the past 12 years working as a freelance photographer in advertising, portrait and event photography. I have been a staff photographer for the University of Michigan since May of 2000. Wedding photography is one of my greatest loves and I photograph in the documentary style.

You’ve spent so much time planning each detail of your wedding and I’ll be there to make sure every detail is documented. I prefer to photograph things as they are and events as they happen giving little direction and doing little staging. Of course, formal family and bridal party photos are important so we’ll take the time to capture those but will do so as quickly and efficiently as possible so everyone can get back to the party. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be chosen to photograph such an important day in your life.

All packages include your high-resolution files on disc. I believe it’s important for you to own all of your images and have a complete record of your wedding day. It can also save you the cost of having me make your reprints and enlargements. If you prefer the convenience of having me take care of reprints and enlargements, I am happy to fulfill reprint orders for you. You also get password protected online proofing for easy viewing and ordering by friends and family. When it comes to albums, I offer both traditional albums and coffee table books. If you prefer to create your own album, you have the option of having a reprint and enlargement credit included in your package.

I am based in South Central Michigan and am available for travel. When travel is necessary, I try to do it at no extra charge to you. However, a reasonable travel fee may apply to some locations.
